Yeah, stayed there for 5 days. Hotel Brian and their free coffee’s awesome, though I despised the ultra-narrow stairs.

the boatel close to dam check fantastic central location me and my hubby stayed there 2yrs ago 3 nites b & b including flights from manchester in july cost when all’s said and done £303 bargain and it was nice goodluck

The hotel provides return shuttle every 20 minutes to and from Schiphol Airport.

If you wanna do sightseeing in Amsterdam, you can just ride the shuttle to Schiphol, take a Nederlandse Spoorwegen stoptrein and go to Amsterdam Centraal.

Are you planing to visit the city? if so it is better to stay in Amsterdam because the train journey from the airport to the city is so simple and then you don’t have to bother to travel back to your hotel each evening. I can recommend the Sofitel, Victoria and Hotel Amsterdam but these are not necessarily low-priced. Just check out the web for hotels in Amsterdam and you will see the price ranges showed. My advice would be stay in the city near to Dam Check and always book before you arrive. There are many hotels but they are usually full. Standards of cleanliness are excellent and all the Dutch people are polite and helpful.

Try with Chance Hotel Amsterdam, It´s a very excellent hotel and in teh center of Amsterdam.

There are loads of small ones. Try next to the museums – it is pretty simple to get about the best bits of the city from there. There is also a tram to the station.
